Haasz Automall of Dalton I was considering buying a new car but I was mainly just going to look and test drive, I did not intend to "pull the trigger" so to speak on a new car I was considering buying a new car but I was mainly just going to look and test drive, I did not intend to "pull the trigger" so to speak on a new car now - but after driving a 2016 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk I was in love. Rich helped us from the sales department - he was very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind; we had a lot of questions because neither my fiance nor I had ever leased or bought a brand new car and Rich accommodated us well. Just like at any dealership with financing, you have to wait a decent amount of time to sign the papers and get it approved, etc which is frustrating in the moment but worth it. This wait was the same as at any dealer I have been to in the past. I had received a voucher in the mail, saying that the dealership would give me the private value (From Kelley Blue Book) for my car, rather than the dealer trade in value which was 50% less - if someone were to have a trade in, I would suggest you sign up for info on their site so you could get a voucher as well because that was extremely helpful - it doubled the trade in value on my car. The dealership also has a lot of rebates and dealer discounts as well as military discount (which did not apply for me, but I like the idea nonetheless); they make you feel like you are getting a good deal. I ended up getting well below the MSRP on my new car. Patrick in financing was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor, he does his job efficiently and nicely. I had no issues with any part of my experiences there and would return there again in the future. More
