My vehicle was in for service due to an engine light and loss of power steering. I was told by dealership my vehicle needed $5000 worth of parts and labor and it would take 6 to 8 months to get part. I waited almost two months and could not get anything in writing for the estimate from the dealer. I felt like I was being lied to so I had my vehicle towed to a different mechanic. They fixed my Silverado in one day for only $600! It’s running great now. What’s even better is my truck did not even need any of the parts Sarchione told me it needed. Sarchione just wanted to make a big payday off of me. The worst deception I have ever experienced. I would worn customers not to go to their service department you will not get a straight answer and they are not honest! More
Worst service department I have EVER dealt with. "tell me to call in to set up service for some repairs they would cover. Set up appointment, drove 45 min and sat for three hours only to have service manager tell me they couldn't fix it because they didn't know what they were doing and needed time to "figure it out". Three weeks later and no word from them. I called and was told they didn't have me in their system. Hello, I bought the truck from you and have already been there for one service appointment??? After several minutes were the service manager became rude, I threatened to call an attorney. Guess what? Miraculously they found me in the system within three minutes! Set up another appointment. This time they brought us a "rental" which was a piece of crap that shouldn't be on the road and took the truck to fix. After three weeks of not hearing from them, I called to be told the truck was finished and they would bring it back Friday (22nd) or Monday (25th). Those dates come and go - no truck - no call. I emailed the general manager and advised that it my truck was not fixed and returned by the 29th I would be contacting an attorney. I have not heard back from him yet. Guess now he will be addressing the issue with the Better Business Bureau and my attorney. More
I was appalled when I went in to get my oil changed. No masks being worn by employees. The employees getting WAY to close without a mask on. No social distancing. Won't be back until this is over. Repair: Expensive, poor quality. Unresponsive to complaint. I chose this dealership to repair a specific powertrain fault (P0651) because they are certified by GM. Initial repair was reasonable but lasted about 110 miles. The diagnosis / repair @ $294 was made via zip tie attached to a transmission line, simply lifting the engine harness to alleviate a sensor voltage shortfall - a very poor and unprofessional repair. After this failed the vehicle was returned on a flatbed. Waiting another 3 weeks for a second fix and paying another $597, the repair to a wiring harness connector was correctly diagnosed and made. In the process, a section of the exhaust had to be removed for the repair. The vehicle was then presented with an exhaust leak. We politely relayed this to the service manager who eventually referred us to a mechanic. The mechanic acknowledged the issue had occurred. Not wanting to wait, who knows how long, be charged $100 per hour and other minutia charges to fix this mistake, I disappointedly left. I was lucky to have friends able and willing to repair the exhaust. Cost; another $120. I sent a letter asking for any reply; resulting in zero acknowledgement. More
Excellent Customer Service & Show Room I leased my Chevy Equinox from Sarchione and have been extremely pleased. All of the individuals from the front desk, service center, credit department, and sales were both accommodating, patient and supportive. I truly felt they had my best interest at hand throughout the entire process. More
