I went there looking for a used car. I had used them once before. We found one we like and test drove it. Then we went in to fill out the papers for a loan and went home to wait. They called us and sent us o before. We found one we like and test drove it. Then we went in to fill out the papers for a loan and went home to wait. They called us and sent us over to a loan office in canton. We ended up being there for 3 hours b/c of their screw up Then in the matter of a half an hour (we told them we were having problems but we were trying to work it out and would call them asap) they sold the vehicle right out from under us to another couple. I had just put full coverage insurance on something someone else was driving. We called and spoke with the owner to try to resolve this issue he basically told us too bad and then wouldn't even help us look for another vehicle in his lot. They (the owner and loan officer((Bob)) got nasty with us and hung up the phone on us. I had to go somewhere else to find a vehicle and thankfully found one i liked better somewhere else. But all in all very bad experience. My wife cried for hours and the poor lady at the loan office missed her dinner b/c we were there so long. More
