My dealings with Tom Underwood were terrible. He lied about the model CRV I wanted (FWD) and then didn't want to get me the model I wanted. He also had a bad attitude and didn't care to negotiate the sti about the model CRV I wanted (FWD) and then didn't want to get me the model I wanted.
