I purchased a 2005 Honda Odyssey and Dan Lanoir completed our transaction smoothly and with extreme care for my special needs. Mark David came out and greeted us personally eventhough he was busy and took th our transaction smoothly and with extreme care for my special needs. When we felt a shutter in the transmission, we called and the service department got us in as soon as possible. Geoff P. (Service advisor) went over what they were going to do to find out what was happening. Geoff came out and informed us that there was a recall and that they had updated the transmission software. They were great and took care of all of our needs as they have done on our previous vehicle. They are attentive to the needs of the disabled as well as everyone else. They explain everything and will answer all of your questions. I recommend them to anyone who likes to have the personal attention and to go where you are treated like family. More
