When I went in for a 70,0000 mile check up and N.Y. inspection wayne said that they couldn't do ythe inspection because the computer was down. I said that was alright and did the checkup. When I gave them the information they needed for my crv. He said the inspection wouldn't cost me anything. He said they did it because I had to come back. I took our Odyssey here due to check engine light on for EGR issue. Called another dealer and they quoted me about $400 to fix it. I took it to Saratoga Honda after a detailed discussion on the phone with EGR issue. Called another dealer and they quoted me about $400 to fix it. Home of the $113 oil change. My wife called and asked for an oil change appointment. They performed "B1" service which meant that they pulled a wheel to check the brakes in addition to changing the oil for an oil change appointment.
