I'll start by saying that we have 3 Hondas lined up in our driveway: an Accord, a CRV and a Pilot. When some of the extended family comes to visit, we add 4 more to that. My most recent experience with Saratoga Honda was yesterday when I picked up my brand new 2013 Accord (lease). We had previously dealt with Pete Spinosa when he was in Sales. This time Lindsay Karlin was our sales guy, and Pete was the money man. Both are very knowledgeable, helpful, no-pressure, friendly professionals. Those accolades extend to the service department also. All the staff is respectful of our time. When we arrived to pick up our Accord yesterday, there it was - right out front and ready for us. When we've had our vehicles serviced, the work was always done in a very professional manner well within the estimated time. Kudos to the dealership! It's no wonder they're highly rated and are always busy. Saratoga Honda will definitely see our return business. More

We purchased a 2003 Honda CRV new from Saratoga Honda. Immediately had problems with the door lock actuators. Brought it back to Saratoga Honda for service on this problem on two separate occasions. Both times, I was made to feel like I was crazy, that nothing was wrong with the vehicle. Ended up bringing the vehicle to Mohawk Honda's service dept. where the problem was diagnosed immediately and quickly repaired. After this, we stayed with Mohawk Honda for all service. In the ten years that we have owned this vehicle, no one from Saratoga Honda has contacted us to see if we were happy with the vehicle or to ask why we were not having it serviced at Saratoga Honda. We did end up hearing from them when we started doing research on a new vehicle in March 2013. Even responded to Mark David, the general manager, with our concerns, to which I never even got the courtesy of a reply. More

I bought a new Honda Accord V 6. I was met and treated very well. Lindsey showed me how to use all the new features on the car. He and my new car are awesome. Overall a great experience. Salesman was Casey Zywot. He did a great job of juggling three customers at once when we showed up unannounced. Luckily we knew who to talk to, when we first walked in the sales staff seemed a bit standoffish and didn't really ask if we needed help, but it was about 30 minutes before closing time. Casey was great and stayed well past closing time to make sure we were satisfied. Brought the car back to add some after the fact accessories and the service department was helpful, quick and got me in and out the door in no time. More

I had my 2002 Odyssey serviced the other day and I always have a great experience with Saratoga Honda. The staff is is courteous and friendly. Answered all my questions, fixed all the problems, called me b have a great experience with Saratoga Honda. The staff is is courteous and friendly. My honda had a recall on it - so i brought it in for a fix. I had a question on how to use my bluetooth hookup and not only did the front desk person come help me but so did the service mgr.
