Saratoga Honda has been servicing my 1999 Odyssey minivan for 14 years now, and thanks to them, it's still going strong 220,000 miles later. Their staff is always extremely courteous, helpful and knowledgeable - several times going above and beyond to ensure that whatever problem the van had was expertly fixed. I've had the usual minor and major maintenance/service/repairs (from oil changes to transmission replacement), and some unusual issues as well (chipmunks chewing engine wires!)...The service staff has always been able to take care of it with thorough, high quality work. When it's time to replace our van, I know where I'll be shopping! More

From the moment we walked into Saratoga Honda, we were greeted by the friendly staff. We originally worked with Mark David who was highly recommended by friends. The vehicle was about to turn 36,000 miles (warranty expiration) and we had to head out of town for funeral services. This trip would put us over the mileage, and we were concerned we would have to pay for the repairs. We purchased the vehicle through another Honda dealership and they did not get back to us. They said it might be a problem because of the mileage. We explained this to Mark, he got the vehicle right in and the problem was found. It was the most comfortable dealership experience I have ever had. Mark helped find the exact vehicle I was looking for in a timely manner. When it came time to pick up the vehicle, Lindsay helped us with all the paperwork and took time to explain all the options in the vehicle. he also gave me his card and told me to call or stop by if I had any additional questons about the vehicle. Peter was very helpful with the financing. We had our children with us and he was also kind enough to provide paper and some markers. The extra entertainment was appreciated. My husband and I both drive a Honda. We really like the product and don't ever plan on going to another Honda dealership again. Saratoga Honda may not have as big of an inventory as other dealerships, but they will get the vehicle you want and are the most professional salesman I have ever met. More
