It was such an easy process working with the great people here. I walked in on a Tuesday and made an appointment to have my car picked up that Saturday. I placed an order for a Maverick pickup in September 2022 and put down a $1000 deposit. In July 2023, almost a year later, I was informed a vehicle matching my specs except for color was available. I confirm and put down a $1000 deposit. In July 2023, almost a year later, I was informed a vehicle matching my specs except for color was available. I confirmed I wanted it and asked that the $1000 deposit be applied toward my purchase. The next day, I was informed they would sell the vehicle to someone else with a $5000 markup. This is the height of bad faith. I have cancelled my order and requested a return of my deposit because I have no doubt that when another vehicle comes in they will mark it up again. Ironically, I chose this dealership because the salesperson at the time assured me they do not mark up popular vehicles. Note: have added the name of my salesperson, Jeremy Watkins, because I am required to do so to leave a review. However, he went to bat for me and was as upset as I was. More
