Absolutely horrible service experience. Called multiple times to try to set up an appointment for service. Each time I could not speak to a service advisor to ask if certain things were covered under my extended warranty. I left multiple messages with a voicemail and with secretaries. I finally made an appointment and still could not speak to a service advisor. I tried contacting them a few more times before my appointment. I dropped my truck off the day before my appointment and did not hear from a service advisor for 5 days after. Not a single call saying they needed to hold on to my truck. At that point I even called and left a voicemail for one of the owners trying to figure out what was going on with my truck. Still no callback. They finally called me on the 5th day to tell me what was going on with my truck. They charged me an obscene amount of money to finally explain to me that the parts I already know were worn out were not covered under warranty. Something a simple conversation with a service advisor would have handled. I can't believe they get away with charging that amount of money to tell someone that a part is not covered under warranty when I told them that the part is worn out and I just wanted to know if it was covered under warranty. That doesn't even address that some of the warranty work might not have fixed one of the problems I'm having. Sounds like my transmission is still not shifting correctly after they worked on it. What also amazed me is that the technician had a problem reading a voltage gauge that I had mounted on the dashboard right in front of him. BEWARE of the service department. More
They did not backup there warranty on Transmission for a 2014 ford Focus. Ford has failed in supporting a poorly designed transmission. Sarat Ford sold me a 2014 Ford Focus knowing the transmission was faulty. They repaired the first failure of the transmission after only 4000 miles . The Transmission failed again and they want to replace the transmission for $7300.00. They claim the warranty parts are not the problem. There is a class action law suit that has exposed the transmission is a complete failure. My car is now worth $300.00. Sarat Ford is a disgrace. I purchased this vehicle with 39000 miles on it. The transmission has failed twice over the last 40000 miles. I feel they have falsified the problem with the transmission and are hiding behind Fords poor design. The clutch is the problem. They refused to fix it. Don’t buy a vehicle from this dealer. More

Horrible Service I brought my car in for an appointment for a recall update that called for a software update to the emissions. An hour and fifteen minutes later I was I brought my car in for an appointment for a recall update that called for a software update to the emissions. An hour and fifteen minutes later I was told they were having trouble figuring it out. My appointment as at 3:30. At 5:00 my car came out and I was told they were not able to figure it out and I would have to call back and schedule a whole day appointment. When my white car came out it had a big smear of grease on the door. The customer service rep had to check the pictures prior to removing the grease to make sure it was not there when I came in. Now an hour and half previous the rep took the pictures and informed me that they would not be able to do a car wash which apparently must be a standard part of the service. I responded by saying that's fine because I just had come through the Golden nozzle car wash and that I do it on the daily because it is on my commute. She asked me if I had a pass. Once she confirmed that the picture confirmed my claim that the grease was not on it upon arrival she grabbed some wiped it off with a cloth which was all I needed her to do from the get go! The whole experience was an unfriendly and unpleasant waste of time. I will find another dealership to get the recall service completed. More

Horrible Service at Sarat Lincoln The worst dealership I have ever dealt with! I bought a brand new navigator with rusting tailgate, so they painted it once, Then rusts again, so the The worst dealership I have ever dealt with! I bought a brand new navigator with rusting tailgate, so they painted it once, Then rusts again, so they painted it twice, rusted again, then they told me they’re not standing behind the 6 month old, & 2nd paint job. This is not all! I brought in vehicle for an oil change but received it back with a loose oil filter blowing oil all over the floor and ground! Another time I received the vehicle back with scratches, then I waited an hour and a half just to drop off a vehicle because the autobody service staff wasn’t in, and evidently there’s some type of internal fighting in the service department ( this was told to me directly by staff) which causes messages and requests to be lost! If you’re looking for a lot of problems then go to Sarat if you want to have a normal life go to Stevens Lincoln, Hoffman Lincoln, or any other Lincoln dealerships, as you’ll be hard-pressed to find a worse DEALER than Sarat. More

NO CALLS. At 3:30 I called thinking there were no issues only to be told we have to keep your truck. Out of 8 spark plugs 6 were broke off by the service center. They state they have a tool to deal with this. The next day no call again, I call at 11:50 get disconnected or hung up on, I call right back and the woman tells me John will call you right back he's on another line. Again NO CALL back. I then ask my husband to call hours later and he gets a response of they are not sure if the truck will be done again, my husband pushed back as he also had been a service mechanic that it does not take days to replace spark plugs. Miraculously my husband calls 1.5 hours later and the truck is done. I inquired about the NO CALLS when arriving at the service center and was told they were too busy to return my call. So once your vehicle is in service don't expect any quality customer service because there is none! So to take care of 8 spark plugs it took almost two entire days! More
