Today, John "Jack" Sarat, Jr. and his sons Jeff, Chris, and Scott carry on the Sarat Family tradition together with the entire Sarat Ford Lincoln Team. Their full service dealership offers quality products, quality service and convenient service hours.
Sarat Ford Lincoln offers a variety of New and Pre-owned vehicles. Plans to expand Sarat's service department were realized in 1989, when a new dealership was built across the street. The original building was converted into a state of the art body shop facility. The new building has an impressive 24 bay service center that today houses a $1,000,000 parts inventory featuring many varieties of other specialty manufactures.
Sarat Ford Lincoln is a Fast Lube dealership - providing 29 minute lube, oil and filter changes without an appointment, for added convenience, the service center is open until 8 PM Monday through Thursday, 5 PM on Fridays and 8 AM - 4 PM on Saturdays.

Walk in-No greeting, no "Hello, how can I help you?," just "I need your registration." I didn't have my registration because I didn't have my car because I someone had brought me there to see if t you?," just "I need your registration." I was at a loss for what car to purchase, after stopping at a Hyundai dealer I decided to go to Sarat Ford before I signed any papers with Balsie. When I arrived I was greeted by Kevin with in moments of wa at a Hyundai dealer I decided to go to Sarat Ford before I signed any papers with Balsie. When I arrived I was greeted by Kevin with in moments of walking through the door and promptly offered water. The dealershop was much cleaner and much more well organized then Balise when sitting and discussing my needs and price range for a new car. Kevin worked with me in great detail on choosing what car, color, and features fit me. Once I decided to go ahead and lease my Focus Kevin sat with me and even filled out the majority of paper work for me because I have a broken hand/wrist. This was a huge help because right now I can barely hold a pen and I knew a lot of signing was going to be in my future. Once all the paper work and financial items were taken care of Kevin took my car to fill it up with gas and even phoned my cell phone from the gas station to offer me a Dunkin Donuts coffee on his way back. This was far aboveand beyond anything I had imagined a sales person to do. All in all my experience at Sarat Ford was excellent and I have already raved to my fellow Big Y employees about my car, the dealership but most of all my sales associate Kevin Hughes. I look forward to doing business with Sarat and Kevin for many years to come. More

There is not much more to say. It is known by the entire Sarat staff and owners of Sarat Ford/Lincoln that Balise Ford in Wilbraham can be seen from our condo but we choose to drive the 18 miles to Sarat be Sarat staff and owners of Sarat Ford/Lincoln that Balise Ford in Wilbraham can be seen from our condo but we choose to drive the 18 miles to Sarat because of the great relationship and friendly service personal. My first experience was with John Sarat when I purchased a 1963 Galaxie 500. It was many years later that I reestablished a relationship again with the Sarat Family Respect and trust is not given. It is earned. Sarat Ford/Lincoln has earned my respect and trust!!!!!! More
