Trish handled the check in, asked what time I expected the car back (5PM) and told me it would be earlier than that. Called me at 1:30 to tell me to pick it up. When I came back, called me to her desk by name (which is rare these days in customer service) with a smile. Thank you Trish More

Brian was extremely accommodating and very helpful. He was able to answer all of my questions. And since I'm a single mother, I had to bring my two children to the dealership. He got them both popcorn and bottled water while we waited. Benjamin was great with helping me with the Sync feature in my car and answered all of my questions. Jim Driscoll was helpful in teaching me about the MyColor feature on my car as well as all of the other dashboard features. He spent a lot of time explaining everything that I could do. And Dave Jackson was excellent to deal with on the financial piece. He took his time in explaining everything. Overall, I am extremely happy with my experience at Sarat Ford and will surely recommend the dealership to others that I know are in the hunt for a new or used car. The staff could not have been better. I feel like I have made new friends in the staff that worked with me. More
First service experience with Sarat in many years. My Sport Trac became disabled and required towing last Sunday. Had been getting this vehicle serviced at another area dealer but have become disatisfied Sport Trac became disabled and required towing last Sunday. Had been getting this vehicle serviced at another area dealer but have become disatisfied with service there. We decided about a month ago to change Ford dealers with our purchase of a new Ford Cmax in February from Sarat. So we decided to send the Sprot Trac to Sarat for repair. I was very pleased with the phone call from the Service Department first thing Monday morning and followup phone call later that morning confirming repairs that were needed and when the work would be done. Mike in the Service Department treated me adn my wife like a long time customers. This expereince confirms our decision to do business with Sarat. We are happy we chose Sarat. More

The service I received from Mike and the service technicians was exceptional. The parts that needed to be ordered came in quickly and the job was done promptly. An additional problem was found and once brought to their attention, was also taken care of promptly. I was given a loaner and informed that most of the work was covered under extended warranty and rewards. I appreciate that they had all of the necessary information readily available to them so I was not asked to guess what coverage I had or didn't have and that I was always treated with courtesy and respect. Thank you. More

Once he had the commitment to buy he stopped returning phone calls and created a unpleasant experience with his inattention to detail. Dave Jackson-Finance, is the type of person that gives car dealers a bad name. Deceitful, Mis-leading and a liar. I documented every conversation with these people. Jackson actually denied phoning me on 1 occasion. When presented with the phone records he stated "it must have been someone else". He is what you would call a snake oil salesman. I love the vehicle, but the fact these people made money from me really is a bummer. They deserve nothing. Dave Jackson deserves to be UN-employed. How he sleeps at night is beyond me. This was the 4th time I have purchased from a dealer. It was without a doubt one of the worst experiences of my life. More
A few weeks ago, I called Sarat to make an appointment to have some things fixed under the Bumper to Bumper warranty. I talked to Nancy, and we made an appointment to have the car dropped off Wednesday night have some things fixed under the Bumper to Bumper warranty. I talked to Nancy, and we made an appointment to have the car dropped off Wednesday night, that way they could drive the car after it had been sitting, and been cold, to confirm the transmission issues. I agreed, and dropped the car off Wednesday night. I then took Thursday off of work, and stayed at a nearby friends house Thursday to wait for the car. Nancy never called me on Thursday, so I called twice, once at noon, and again at 7, one hour before they close. Both times, Nancy told me the car was in the shop, and they were looking at the vehicle. I told her I needed the car by the end of the day, so she said they would put everything back together, and come pick me up to get the car. When I got back to the dealership, and getting my car, I noticed that my car had the exact same mileage as when I dropped it off, down to the tenth of the mile. A few days later, I called back, and spoke to Pete in service, as Nancy was no longer employed at Sarat. Pete told me that Nancy never assigned a technician to work on my vehicle, and it sat outside all day without anyone touching it. As you can imagine, I was pretty upset that this happened. I could understand if it was a "work-in" type appointment, where they would get to it if they had the time, but this was not the case. Plus, she directly lied to me, when she said the car was in the bay being worked on, once when I called at noon, and again at 7. That clearly wasn't the case. Based on THIS experience, I would not recommend the service department to anyone. However, when I returned to have the work actually done, Pete got me a loaner car, and made the process pretty easy. This made me optimistic about returning for service work. However, when asking Pete about getting new brake pads put on the car, he told me it would be around $500. Ford is running a national promotion, pads installed for $99.95 per axle, so that would total around $200 before tax for front and rear brake pads installed. I'm not sure where the other $300 is coming from? I called Balise Ford in Wilbraham after speaking with Pete about the brake pads, and Balise told me $200 before taxes. That sounds more on par with the national Ford specials being run at this time. More
