I continue to come to Sarat Ford Lincoln because the Service Deparment is Excellent. Nancy and/or Pete always get me in whenever I call. Not only are they both very friendly, but they always remember me and my vehicles. Being that I also work in a service industry, I find their Customer Service Exceptional. With both Nancy and Pete working the desk and with the mechanics and technicians working behind the scenes to perform either routine maintenance or to resolve an issue with either of my Ford vehicles, I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else. Your dealership consistently shows that 'Quality is Job 1'. More
Service has always been good at Sarat. I purchased a newer Ford Explorer and have had it serviced there several times. This service was for my older explorer that my son now drives and because of the q newer Ford Explorer and have had it serviced there several times. This service was for my older explorer that my son now drives and because of the quality of work done before on my explorer I brought his there. The price is always more than what I want to pay but overall it seems fair. I will continue to utilize Sarat in the future. More
Chuck Dave and I believe Aaron ( sorry if I got it wrong) were the most friendly and professional people I have met. My experience purchasing my new truck was enjoyable from start to finish. I was looking for a new truck and Sarat had by far the largest selection in my area. I used their website to get an understanding start to finish. I was looking for a new truck and Sarat had by far the largest selection in my area. I used their website to get an understanding of what I wanted and visited the dealership to see the trucks in person. The sales person was helpful, knowledgeable and informative without being pushy. I feel I received a great price on the new truck and a fare deal on my trade-in. I was able to view the inventory at my own pace, test-drive what I wanted and within a couple of hours drive my new truck home. I plan to recommend Sarat to anyone looking to buy a new Ford. More

When my car broke down and I called Sarat Ford Lincoln I spoke with Pete. He answered all my questions. When I asked about a loaner car he checked and found I was eligible for one. However, there wasn't one spoke with Pete. He answered all my questions. When I asked about a loaner car he checked and found I was eligible for one. However, there wasn't one there at the time. While I was waiting for the truck to arrive to tow my car in Pete called and said if I could be there later about 3:00 P.M he would have a car there for me. Well, the truck came about two minutes later. When I arrived at Sarat Ford about 11:00 - 11:30 A.M. Pete had a car ready for me. This was wonderful as I was babysitting in the afternoon and didn't know how I was going to change that if I was late. Once before I had to wait in the waiting room for someone to pick me up and take me to a car rental place. Then I had to fill out papers, etc., well, it all took about two hours. If this happened I would have been late. So I want to thank Pete for his helpfulness, pleasantness and kindness. He made a bad situation very tolerable. The car is only used for the summer months. It had not been started in several months. It would not start so we had it towed to the dealership for service. The fuel pumped was replaced and the mechanic sa been started in several months. It would not start so we had it towed to the dealership for service. The fuel pumped was replaced and the mechanic said it was very loud. He found water in the oil so he changed the oil which improved the noise but possibly has a bad head gasket. He flushed the system and put in an additive to hopefully seal the leak. The car is a 1999 so we did not want to replace the head gasket if possible. My wife says the car has a ticking noise that was not there the last time she drove the car but I suggested she drive the car for a while to see if it gets better as it has not been driven for quite some time. She will not be driving it until the weather improves so I am hopeful this is not a new problem. I am pleased with the mechanic for finding the origonal problem suggesting an alternative to replacing the head gasket. I understand this may not be a cure and the head gasket may need replacing in the future. More
