Unprofessional Service Department I purchased a pre-owned truck from this dealership, and their service had added power windows to the vehicle, which originally had crank windows. Their idea of "adding" power windows, however, involved zip tying a window crank unit from a different window into place so it just barely worked long enough for me to purchase the truck. It obviously failed shortly after. If you're going to do something, do it with some degree of professionalism. Zip tying some garbage together isn't acceptable from a major manufacturer's dealership. Adjectives used to describe my last couple of encounters at dealerships have been of a different nature. I shuddered when my significant other suggested truck shopping. We are usually greeted by "volchers" dressed in salesman garb & preyed upon before our feet are firmly planted on the ground.
