I had to get a new phone and I had a problem setting my new phone. I came to Sarasota Ford and I asked one of the salesman Andy to see if he could help me out. He spend 30 minutes with me and he explained all of the other features that I did not even knew that I had. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks for your help. More

Will NEVER go back to SARASOTA FORD, and will tell all my friends about how bad they are there! People are LAZY and many are LIARS !! I asked my husband who helped him that lied to him, and he said Kyle was trying to help, but that they ALL lied.....Said different things to him about his truck, what it needed, had had done, etc. One person tells you one thing--Another person tells you something else! Poor customer service is what you will get here. Very poor service from this dealership. If you are willing to spend hours and hours to get your vehicle and don't mind bait and switch tactics, liars, lazy people this is the place for you to go. Has to be the worst dealership ever! And also the worst service department ever!! There is more, but just too many negatives to actually list out in detail here. More

Very Efficient Service I was very impressed with the efficiency with the time it took for my oil change. I enjoyed a cup of coffee, and a massage in the waiting room. I had never been to a Quick Lane department before. Just went in for a basic service on my way out of town and I am glad I did. All of these years of going to the same oil change place did me no favors. Just went in for a basic service on my way out of town and I am glad I did. All of these years of going to the same oil change place did me no favors. Had a recall on my car, my brakes were about to touch metal to metal and it turns out my links for my suspension had bushings COMPLETELY gone. Hey had to be like that for a while and I ride around with 3 kids in my car. Not safe. The mechanic (Corey- I believe his name was) showed me my concerns and they were able to get it done in just a few hours at their QuickLane center. To make matters worse, I always went to the other place because I thought it would be cheaper. Not the case, they did a complete service including my tire rotation for $40 here. And I get a $10 rebate! By the way, if you haven't been, you need to go. I watched a movie in their waiting area theater and before I knew it my car was done. Low pressure, convenient location and a good value is why I WILL be back. Thank you Jimmy for all of your help today. You guys rock! I was so happy with my experience today, this is the second Review I have written about it and I am not the reviewing type ?? More

Having found myself in this situation , I can not say the customer service was good because it was EXCELLENT!! Dealing with Asst. Service Manager Audrae Dollar was a blessing! She is truly a gem in a profession that doesn't get a lot of praise. More
