Sarasota Ford - Service Center

Customer safety is last on their list I called the service writer 4 days ago stated my trans. problems that just started the day before, my service writer stated the vehicle is in a unsa I called the service writer 4 days ago stated my trans. problems that just started the day before, my service writer stated the vehicle is in a unsafe condition to drive under your conditions. That was 4 days ago . I called again on day 4 got in touch with the service writer that sits next to my service writer and I expressed my concerns to him and he told me as soon as he gets to his desk i let him know , no response . I called corporate ford which was a waist of time . Corp ford said we can nothing about it. I said its your product thats failing and she said i understand but you have to deal with Sarasota ford and we cant tell them to do anything. I called the service manger Kenny left a message with no response yet . I feel Ford has failed me . I expressed my family's safety with this current unsafe vehicle and it seems that no one cares . Don't go to this dealer They set me up for their so called VIP service to have a starter installed while I looked at new vehicles. When I arrived I was shuttled to five diffe They set me up for their so called VIP service to have a starter installed while I looked at new vehicles. When I arrived I was shuttled to five different dis-service employees. After killing time looking through their yard they said they couldn't fix my vehicle that day. Their so called service people were like a comedy act of "whose on first". No way would I ever return or recommend this place. More
