I was so happy to find that Ron Westheimer was back at Sarasota Ford, so I called him and discussed with him what I wanted. Within an hour he found just what I wanted at a much better deal than I had expected and within a couple hours I was driving my new Ford Escape home. Fantastic service I contacted this dealer a week ago when my Mustang slipped into limp home mode. The assistant service mgr Eric was extremely helpful explaining what needed to happen next and provided the Ford roadside assistance #. With in 30 minutes of my call the Mustang and I were at Sarasota Ford. Transportation was arranged in just minute's and I was on my way home. Considering this was 4:30 in the afternoon I could not have been happier. The next morning at 7:45 Eric called and provided a full diagnoses and repair estimate for authorization, since the Mustang is out of warranty. I picked it up fully repaired:and clean at noon that day. I cannot say enough about the timely, courteous, and reasonably priced service at Sarasota Ford they are the Bomb. More
