He lacked every trait that many people dislike in a salesman- he was not pushy, he did not out any pressure on us, he did not try to influence our decisions. The key fob was broken I had to replace it. I guess I was luck that they cleaned and washed the car! More

I have only owned Ford trucks, no more. I own a 2013 F350 with 70K This 2013 is going to have a third radiator installed because of leaks. Lumbar support is broken drivers side Check engine light on again for the third time, same issue EGT Sensor P2080 Cabin air diffuser inop as usual, so I get all the wonderful smells and smoke inside the truck Don't get me started on wheel balance vibration Grill paint falling off Broken air vents Brake job at 60k miles (my last F250 traded in for this one at 140k with no brake job) Front end noise when rolling over uneven terrain Windshield wipers decided not to turn off Dash and entertainment center shuts completely down while running (fun) Bad customer service to boot at Sarasota Ford. I have owned Rangers, F150's, F250's and now aF350. Moving to Brand X More
