Excellent prices, Better Customer Service I have now purchased two cars from them within the past year. The first one, back in December of 2014, went very smoothly. They offered me private s I have now purchased two cars from them within the past year. The first one, back in December of 2014, went very smoothly. They offered me private sale value for my trade-in and worked with me to get me a great deal on a vehicle I was interested in. A few months later, I was in the market for another vehicle, and decided to go back to them because of the positive experience I had before. I was paired up with an excellent sales man named Brian, who was very easy to work with and was responsive to all of my requests and inquiries, despite being very busy with several other customers throughout the two or three weeks we had worked together. Everything went smoothly until the night I went in to finalize the deal. I thought we had settled on a price over the phone, but when I got there, I found out that there was a caveat to that price. I'm not sure if there was some sort of misunderstanding, but we weren't able to reach an agreement that night, so I left extremely disappointed. I was contacted by their Customer Relations Manager, Robyn, the next day. She seemed genuinely interested in hearing about my experience, and wanted to know if there was anything they could do to make it better. I told her I would still purchase that vehicle for the price we had originally agreed on. They had sold the vehicle I was interested in, but had another one (priced higher than the one I was looking at originally) that they offered to sell me. She worked with the General Sales Manager to get that vehicle to the price I had wanted for the other vehicle, and I agreed to come in to look at it. When I arrived, I received the best service I have ever received from any business. Robyn was still there after hours to personally thank me for giving them another chance and to ensure that everything went smoothly. She had everyone working on the paperwork before I arrived, the car was detailed and ready to go, and the entire process was amazing. I met with Brian again, and he apologized for how things went the previous night and that he understood where I was coming from. When I went to the finance department, I met with Lon, and he also provided me with excellent service. He ensured that the final price I was offered was met, regardless of actual taxes/fee expenses. Overall, the entire team did everything they could to make sure that I was happy. Although I encountered a speed bump initially, Robyn, and the entire staff went above and beyond my expectations to ensure that I not only had a positive experience, but that the previous experience wasn't the norm for them. I truly appreciate how responsive, understanding, and accommodating they were following my disappointment. Everything was fast, efficient, and as promised. This is by far the best dealership I have ever been to, and I would be happy to go back if/when I make another car purchase. If you're looking for a business that takes a genuine interest in their customers, then this is the place to go. They are known to have the best prices in town, but this type of service is what will keep people coming back. More

We drove 1.5 hours to Sarasota Ford and it was the best decision we've made in a long time. We saved almost $10,000 and the customer service was top-notch. We had shopped both of our local Ford dealerships and were extremely disappointed with them both. We have no complaints. Our salesman Kurt Wiskow was knowledgeable, courteous and a pleasure to work with. No high pressure sales either. Five Stars - All the way! We highly recommend Sarasota Ford. You'll be very happy!
