Great Dealership with a Great Staff I went into Sarasota Ford just to look around and decide what car to get when I get my tax return. As I was walking around I was approached by Dennis I went into Sarasota Ford just to look around and decide what car to get when I get my tax return. As I was walking around I was approached by Dennis, one of the salesmen. I told him I was just looking and didn't want to waste his time, being I know the salesmen are paid on a commission based salary. Dennis was very polite and said it wasn't a problem and he would answer any questions I had on anything I was looking for. Even knowing I was not going to buy a car Dennis spent close to two hours with me answering questions and helping me decide which is the best car for me. You can not ask for a less pressure, more polite and knowledgeable salesman. I will return when I have my tax return and buy a Fusion from Dennis Hayes at Sarasota Ford. More

Most of it went Good I worked with Steve Oliver he was a big help in finding my brand new Ford and was very nice. I am enjoying my new car & absolutely love it! However i would recommend keeping up on things after getting your new car if Financing had a few issues wasn't very pleased in that area. Also didn't send my plate out on time.
