My Lincoln needed a spare tire, The sales manager told me no problem he would order one for me, Well it"s been a month and no tire. Also I had to top off all the fluid levels when I got the car home. The key fob was broken I had to replace it. I guess I was luck that they cleaned and washed the car! More
