This was a refreshing change from past experiences as I have often found the salespeople have no idea of the options on the vehicle and forget about how to use them. Eric was our finance manager and he was very accommodating, very personable and professional. The dealership is very different from any I have ever been to as they have a room with massage chairs like none I ever seen before. There is also a theater and concession with healthy food choices. I would highly recommend this dealership. More

Great experience, Great team, After looking on Car-listing websites for months, we finally decided to head down to Sarasota Ford and check out their inventory. Upon arrival we were After looking on Car-listing websites for months, we finally decided to head down to Sarasota Ford and check out their inventory. Upon arrival we were greeted by Sales Consultant, Al Bogdanovic. He showed us all of the explorers around the lot, including the ones that had just come in and were awaiting service, keeping our options open, which was nice. Initially, there was a pre-owned Eddie Bauer that we had our eyes on..unfortunately the car was sold to another prospective new buyer. Mr. Bogdanovic was happy to meet with us back at the lot on his day off, and was determined to help us find the car best suited for us. After searching for hours we finally found a Ford Explorer XLT which was EXACTLY what we were looking for!! Al had the car sent through detailing and we were able to take it home that same night. After taking the car to the mechanic we were notified that it had an issue and Sarasota Ford was happy to take the newly-bought car in for servicing. The car is now back in our hands and runs better than ever. Al also kept us up to date on any updates on the vehicle while it was gone. Shaun Benson, who performed the work on the vehicle did a great job!! It seems clear that the company has good communication between their employees, managers, and prospective buyers. I would definitely recommend anyone in the market for a new vehicle to check out this dealership where it is clear that they thrive on good service. Deal as promised over phone! My husband and I drove to Sarasota Ford from Clearwater because when I called about a Ford Escape I saw online. When we arrived the salesman told me that I had been misinformed about what I had been told. Needless to say I was very unhappy about this. As I felt we had taken the word of the person on the phone, and had drove over and hour and a half to get there! At that point the great salesman who was helping us got the manager. The end result was that after some discussion we ended up getting what we had been promised! For a dealer to care more about their reputation than not having as much profit was amazing! In this day and age, nearly unheard of! We love the new Escape. Both my husband and I will gladly recommend them to anyone else who is in the market for a new or used vehicle!?? More

Great Dealership with a Great Staff I went into Sarasota Ford just to look around and decide what car to get when I get my tax return. As I was walking around I was approached by Dennis I went into Sarasota Ford just to look around and decide what car to get when I get my tax return. As I was walking around I was approached by Dennis, one of the salesmen. I told him I was just looking and didn't want to waste his time, being I know the salesmen are paid on a commission based salary. Dennis was very polite and said it wasn't a problem and he would answer any questions I had on anything I was looking for. Even knowing I was not going to buy a car Dennis spent close to two hours with me answering questions and helping me decide which is the best car for me. You can not ask for a less pressure, more polite and knowledgeable salesman. I will return when I have my tax return and buy a Fusion from Dennis Hayes at Sarasota Ford. More
