I had a horrible experience a long time ago with this dealership, I promised myself I would never go back. Well almost 11 years later I broke my promise and purchased a certified 2016 conv. mustang a few days ago, it was truly a great experience. Steve knew his product very well plus when it came time to crunch numbers he treated me with respect and professionalism. The whole dealership had a very positive feel and I swear every employee made me feel welcomed. Plus the dealership itself now feels up-scale. I actually look forward to getting my car serviced there because of the massage chairs and coffee shop. One other thing, even the Finance guy was friendly, they usually are the ones I come out of the office with anxiety and cursing about terms but not this time, this was truly a great experience, all other dealers take note!!!
