Exceeded my expectations I had requested an online quote and was immediately contacted via phone to come in and meet with a Salesperson, and was given a monetary incentive (a I had requested an online quote and was immediately contacted via phone to come in and meet with a Salesperson, and was given a monetary incentive (a $50 gift card) to do so. That helped get me in the door the next day. To my great fortune, the "VIP Salesman" I was scheduled with was not available when I arrived. Instead, I was introduced to Andy Maleszka, who seemed less interested in "the sale" than he was in finding me the car I wanted. I had done plenty of research on the Ford Edge before coming in and His knowledge of the car, it's features, and his sensitivity to my wants were greatly appreciated. He didn't try to talk me into anything I didn't want, and answered every question and concern I had. I also had information via Consumer Reports' "True Value Pricing" program and Andy was able to beat that quote. I've returned to the dealership twice, for final detailing then for a minor A/C issue, and Andy has been in constant contact with me to make sure all this follow-up has gone smoothly. It's nearly a 45 minute drive for me to get to Sarasota Ford, and well worth the trip every time. Thank you! More
