I had a horrible experience a long time ago with this dealership, I promised myself I would never go back. Well almost 11 years later I broke my promise and purchased a certified 2016 conv. mustang a few days ago, it was truly a great experience. Steve knew his product very well plus when it came time to crunch numbers he treated me with respect and professionalism. The whole dealership had a very positive feel and I swear every employee made me feel welcomed. Plus the dealership itself now feels up-scale. I actually look forward to getting my car serviced there because of the massage chairs and coffee shop. One other thing, even the Finance guy was friendly, they usually are the ones I come out of the office with anxiety and cursing about terms but not this time, this was truly a great experience, all other dealers take note!!! More

I was shown the car immediately and took a test drive. The environment seemed very straight forward and I was able to work with finance to come up a deal that worked for me. The car was way better than i imagined or expected for my price range. It was pristine. i was handed to Ed Baily who made quick work of processing the Florida-REGS, [tile and insurance change]. to top it off, he did it manually\ as their automated processing systems was off-line. Terrible customer service. I purchased a brand new Mustang GT Track Package Premium, a $40,000 car, bought the extended warranty, and extended wheel and tire warranty. Had the h I purchased a brand new Mustang GT Track Package Premium, a $40,000 car, bought the extended warranty, and extended wheel and tire warranty. Had the high horn go out, the window making a loud noise when you roll it down, and the exhaust rattling, all at around 20k miles. I took it in for service and was told they'd fixed window, ordered the horn, and couldn't hear any noise from the exhaust, and would call me when the horn arrived. I got down the road and the exhaust was still rattling, window still making noise, and nothing was different. I figured I would just point it all out when I went back in for service since I live AN HOUR AWAY. A couple of weeks go by and I haven't heard anything, I call them and they say I can only deal with the person I originally dealt with but they'll have him call me. A week goes by and nothing so I call back. Same story, but she assured me she would personally go get him and make sue I got a call back within the hour. Still nothing. After TWO MONTHS I call back yet again and am transferred to finance, then hung up on. I call back and am transferred to a voicemail. I call back, am put on hold for 10 minutes then finally someone in service picks up and tells me that the guy I was originally working with no longer works there, he never ordered the parts, and nobody followed up on his customers, but she'll find me a new service rep. 15 more minutes on hold and somebody picks up and tells me that even though they have the ex-employee's paperwork on my car where it states the issues, I'll have to drive in on my own time and dime AGAIN to have my car re-evaluated before they can even order the parts, then come back yet again to have them installed. This is getting very frustrating and expensive, and I was told that if I continue to have a problem with it that he would just terminate the call and delete the ticket. Worst customer service I've ever had, I'm trying to get my car repaired so that I can trade it in and buy another diesel 4x4, but I can tell you where I won't be spending my $60k on a new truck. More
