We shopped around but at the end of the day, Sarasora Ford had the best deal on both our trade-in and the car we purchased. We are super happy with the whole experience and have zero complaints. Snowbirds Beware Recently had engine light alert, had it checked quickly at Auto Zone. Was told to get it to mechanic, so I took it in to Sarasota Ford Service Dept Recently had engine light alert, had it checked quickly at Auto Zone. Was told to get it to mechanic, so I took it in to Sarasota Ford Service Dept. Two days later they called and told me I needed a long block, $6,000 not including labor. Guess they thought I was out of town, desperate for repair, with no options to buy their pitch hook line and sinker. They were wrong,repairs have been made, problem was two spark plugs and 2 coils, told cost of repair $310.73, including. My local deaership, was very supportive and helpful. I've been a long time Ford customer and will continue to own a Ford. However, I will Never recommend Sarasota Ford to anyone. More
