We cannot say enough good about Jose Rafael Soto, who went every extra mile in not only a warm personal welcome, but at various times in the process of both trade-in and leasing, expertly guided us through any 'waiting moments' with assurance of our comfort and ease with offers of refreshments and a tour of the service area which includes a grand assortment of amenities, including the most amazing water massage chairs! To be totally honest, I was dreading the whole experience of going to a 'car dealer' and I must say that not only were my negative expectations shattered completely, but I experienced a literal 'reboot' of opinion, mood and mindset for the positive, with this purchase! Again, many many kudos to J.R. Soto and the whole amazing team, including the Finance Manager, the Floor Manager and finally the General Manager who all personally introduced themselves to my partner and I and made sure our trade-in/leasing experience was seamless, painless and really quite wonderful!!
