When we arrived at the dealership it was just minutes before closing time and we were greeted by Ralph Ramirez. Ralph told us not to worry about the time and that he would show us the vehicle. Ralph was knowledgeable and very professional. He explained that they survey guy was already gone for the day, but that he would take pictures of my trade in and follow up with me the following day. Not only did Ralph follow up with me the following day, which was his day off but he knew we really wanted the truck and came in on his day off to get the deal done. Ralph was very upfront, honest and worked with us to get the deal we could both agree on. Thanks Ralph, we will definitely be back to get our next vehicle from you! More

The car was waiting for us in the VIP section and ready to test drive. While we were waiting for all the paperwork to be prepared, they provided lunch in their cafe.
