Requested the owner manuals that come with a new car usually left in glove box when traded in. Since this vehicle did not have one I requested they provide it to me. I was promised it and had me sign a paper they owed me. After two phone calls and and seven weeks nothing. They are expensive to order yourself so I thought they would live up to the promise. I was told to look it up on internet U Tube anything I wanted to know about the car. With over two hundred page I do not desire to print a half ream of paper.and 50 dollars worth of ink. Beware if any promises made made until fulfilled before driving off. Jim Purdy More

I found the one I saw on line and the salesman brought it right to the door for my inspection. As it was raining, I appreciated the courtesy he showed by moving the car under the roof. After reviewing my trade in, and discussing the “deal”, I purchased the Expedition. Very pleased with everyone I dealt with. The one issue I would bring to anyone’s attention was the preparation or detailing of the vehicle. There were several areas that needed to be cleaned which were taken care of after I brought it to their attention, but the car should have been inspected a little closer prior to presenting to any potential customer. Other than that, I give everyone a thumbs up at Sarasota Ford. More

UPDATE from original review! A month and a half after purchasing my used car, I received a call from Ed that my “financing had been declined” (720+ credit score mind you!). BUT he A month and a half after purchasing my used car, I received a call from Ed that my “financing had been declined” (720+ credit score mind you!). BUT he was able to get me the same deal from another lender which was not true- the rate was .40 percent higher and I never received any paperwork on the new loan. In addition I purchased the tire/wheel warranty because Ed said they will replace the tire even if there is a nail or screw. NOT TRUE! A week after the financing fiasco I had a screw in my tire and the service dept patched it. Do NOT get financing here and do NOT buy their warranties! More
