The Sales department is fantastic, the service department is not. The service reps are not organized, they fail to proactively and clearly communicate progress and completion timeframes. Getting in contact is difficult as they are always busy with something else. When we finally picked up the car, the service rep could not articulate the problem or the fix as the paperwork was not yet submitted by the technician. In addition, the availability of the loaner car is non-existent. I would have to give serious thought to where I will service my car next. More
