Sales and service need to be in tuned with each other. Car was certified and after spending over $800 on repairs the car was not detailed. It took almost 3 weeks to correct the issue. However, someone from the dealership told the Cadillac Customer Service line, when I was on the phone with Cadillac Customer Service at the same time, that the part had come in and that I missed a service appointment the day before. That was beyond infuriating, as I had no idea the part had come in, and there was absolutely no appointment for any service that had been scheduled with me. Then, while I was on hold with Cadillac Customer Service, my Sarant Sales Advisor called me and said the same thing to me, that the part had come in and that I had missed an appointment the day before. I cant say enough about my service manager Gerson! ! He is so kind, professional and most of all so patient!! I have been really upset there at times, and his professionalism and ability to calm me do ! He is so kind, professional and most of all so patient!! WORST Cadillac dealership in the state of New York! I sent countless emails to be just put on the back burner, forgot about and nothing but crickets. The management staff is a JOKE "ANTONIO / CHARLIE / JOE MISTRETTA" are careless and don't care about the customers who keep the dealership open! All they want to do is take your money and leave you high and dry! Hands down the worst dealership and customer service from the staff in management! If you want to get a CADILLAC, any other dealership would be 1000x's better than this one for sure without a doubt! This is my second car with them and countless repairs / services!
