Came in with an inoperable CUE system. Service Manager Joe Mistretta did an amazing job of getting the replacement and having it installed within 24 hours. On another issue with the head Service Manager Joe Mistretta did an amazing job of getting the replacement and having it installed within 24 hours. On another issue with the headliner and sun roof screen, Gerson Maldonado stepped up and is currently working on getting a replacement for that. Thanks to all. More
