If you have a special on oil service you should just bill it out like it’s advertised and not at full price. I brought my car in for service. It was there for 1 week.. I had a trouble light, and it showed low power. After 1 week I was told the issue was that the car needed an oil change. Af It was there for 1 week.. I had a trouble light, and it showed low power. After 1 week I was told the issue was that the car needed an oil change. After the oild change, the car rides the same,. Also while the car was there, I asked for the car to be inspected, and was told that they cant inspect the car becuase I need to drive the car for 100 miles, after the car was serviced in order to do the ispection. This is my second new caddy and after 1 1/2 years the car is falling apart. I was promissed a loaner but had to wait 3 weeks to get a loaner.
