Purchased an extended warranty. Mentally exhausted where I got the runaround from the dealer that insisted I contact the warranty company who would come to my home for repairs. Dealer finally assumed responsibility after going back and forth between the companies. I called the dealer on my way to pick up my car (after repair) to confirm car wash. I was surprised the car not washed when I picked up. Thankful for a voucher given to go to a car wash though outside of my home city. Dirty loaner car provided. I was told NOT TO USE MY EZPASS as the loaner car is updated / wired to pay the toll. I went through tolls when picking up / returning the loaner and received a message that the toll was NOT PAID. I do not recommend certain Cadillac at all they overcharged you, and they run your credit card without your knowledge overcharged you, and they run your credit card without your knowledge More
