I was trying to sell my 2019 Cadillac XT5 and received a quote from carfax. As one of the designated dealers, Sarant contacted me by email for an onsite appraisal. I clearly wrote in email that I was going quote from carfax. As one of the designated dealers, Sarant contacted me by email for an onsite appraisal. I clearly wrote in email that I was going to sell my XT5 and asked if they could match the number that provided by carfax. I even attached the screenshot of carfax pricing details including my car’s vin number in the email. However, upon arrival, they didn’t provide any appraisal service because I just wanted a sell instead of trade in. They simply said they are not interested in my car. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any dealership. I would give them a zero if I could! More
