50 years OLD Sarant Cadillac is celebrating it's 50th anniversary. I think that is the last time they decorated their showroom! It is SOOOOO outdated-looking and Sarant Cadillac is celebrating it's 50th anniversary. I think that is the last time they decorated their showroom! It is SOOOOO outdated-looking and dreary. That being said, their service department is great - they take you on time and get you up and running quickly. And they do offer free coffee while you wait. That's it. Just coffee. The other complaint I have is that they don't wash your car at the end of a service. Most dealerships give you snacks, bagels, or cookies and give you back a clean and shiny car. But this is my 3rd car from Sarant, so I guess those things really don't bother me that much! More

When I called to make an appointment, I had no problem receiving my requested date. When I brought the car in, Joe Mistretta expeditied the process and kept his promise to have the service completed in a smooth and timely manner. Unscheduled Service I didn’t have a service appointment, but the team at Sarant Cadillac was able to help me get a new battery installed. Great Service I was very pleased with the service I received at Sarant Cadillac, I brought my car in for several repairs and got a loaner thinking they would need a I was very pleased with the service I received at Sarant Cadillac, I brought my car in for several repairs and got a loaner thinking they would need a few days to get the repairs done. By 3:00 that day a got a call that the jobs were completed and I could pick up my car. WONDERFUL! More

I drove in, was met by Joseph (awesome!) he took exactly 3 seconds to take my keys, had the paperwork You can't find a better dealership than Sarant! I drove in, was met by Joseph (awesome!) he took exactly 3 seconds to take my keys, had the paperwork all filled out, and sent me off to have coffee in the waiting room. He said he would have it done ASAP and before I knew it, they were handing me keys to head home! I have NEVER had a bad experience at Sarant whether buying/leasing a new vehicle or having maintenance/repairs completed on the vehicle. More

HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP Horrible dealership! Bad sales department! Bad Service department! Bad customer service! They would not work with me or my bank, salesman were all ver Horrible dealership! Bad sales department! Bad Service department! Bad customer service! They would not work with me or my bank, salesman were all very rude. Ended up buying the exact same car from another Cadillac dealership for less money and with my bank. Thought I'd give them another chance with their service department, because that should be different right? WRONG! Had a sunroof leak, brought it there for repair, requested a loaner car before hand, then they say they cannot give me one for not requesting one.. Then they "repair the issue" also wrong. Sunroof continued to flood my vehicle, ended up fixing it MYSELF! Then went there for service today again because its close by to my work, they try to upsell me on parts and services that i do not want or need, I go to pickup my loaner car that has to be placed through MY INSURANCE ANYWAY, and they say they can't give me one because I'm 20!! But im old enough to spend $40,000 there right? I brought my car to the other Cadillac dealership in Smithtown instead, and now i have a loaner car, and my car is getting service for what i actually needed. Will NEVER step foot in Sarant again. More
