Sapaugh GM Country - Service Center

This is the worst dealership I've ever dealt with and I will never return for any future needs. The ladies at the service counter were very sweet and helpful and so was the gentleman doing the shuttle serv will never return for any future needs. The ladies at the service counter were very sweet and helpful and so was the gentleman doing the shuttle service but Cody, the young man handling my car proceeded to tell me after asking about status after it had been there nearly 6 hours told me they had someone assigned to my car but it hasn't been started yet and he wasn't sure when it would be. Then told me they had to get in the people that were waiting first because they only had so much room in the waiting room. If that was the case I would have just waited. They are the ones that told me I would need to just drop it off, that wasn't my choice. This is just completely ridiculous if you ask me. People have jobs and need their cars to get places. Now I wish I would have just taken it someplace else. More

I bring all of my vehicles here for oil changes and maintenance. Last time they failed to tighten all of my lugnuts and only noticed when I herd one bouncing around in my wheel cap. I go to tighten maintenance. Last time they failed to tighten all of my lugnuts and only noticed when I herd one bouncing around in my wheel cap. I go to tighten them and find 2 others I can tighten by hand. This time I make an appointment and not only did prices double but was stuck waiting for 2 hours. I'll be doing my own maintenance from now on. More

Attentive, Knowledgeable and above all courtious! I cant thank Dave and the Ryan in the service Dept. -- For all their help with my husbands truck- Helped and showed me how to use multiple buttons I cant thank Dave and the Ryan in the service Dept. -- For all their help with my husbands truck- Helped and showed me how to use multiple buttons etc after they serviced his truck.
