I am a 73 year old widow and first time car buyer. I had been warned that the sales people would pressure me into buying some things that I didn't need. Tom Denny wasn't a "high pressure" sales person at a been warned that the sales people would pressure me into buying some things that I didn't need. Tom Denny wasn't a "high pressure" sales person at all. He treated me with courteousness and didn't pressure me at all. He explained the advantages and disadvantages of a vehicle that was best suited to my needs. I appreciated all of his help.
