We were looking for a very specific vehicle with certain options & low miles. We located one at Sapaugh Motors in Missouri. We live in Phoenix, AZ & have never bought a vehicle online before. They had good pictures online & David answered all our questions about the condition of the vehicle honestly, since we were not there to inspect the vehicle in person. We were able to close the deal quickly. David was even willing to pick my husband up at the airport close to midnight, so my husband could begin the long drive home right away. Sales associate was very friendly, and took care of our transaction relatively quickly. I'm not satisfied at all with the trade in situation. I only took it because my wife really wanted the car we were purchasing. They said they could only give that much on trade because their markup is "SO LOW". I just went on their website and they have my old car listed for $2400 OVER what they gave me for trade...how's that for a low markup and HONESTY. You CANNOT EVER TRUST ANY CAR SALES associates PERIOD. I won't be going back there to trade in another car that's for damn sure. More

However, because of negligence and perceived incompetence of the "paper-work" section we are somewhat disappointed with the Dealer.As a result, I had to spend 2 hours at the DMV trying to straighten out the process of registering the vehicle and transferring the plates.
