This was a completely different experiance that I had from 2 weeks ago that suprisingly had the same outcome... outstanding service. My husband bought a brand new GMC from here 2 eeks ago and the more we from 2 weeks ago that suprisingly had the same outcome... outstanding service. My husband bought a brand new GMC from here 2 eeks ago and the more we thought about it, we decided to buy myself a new suv as well. This dealership, has gone out of their way yet again to make me, the customer, very happy and pleased. Jeff Vancouver, once again, went out of his way to make sure that I was put in the one that I wanted within the price I felt comfortable in. On Monday, Jeff was swamped (like all finance managers) but he made the time to help me. If he could not Kent Johnson was asked to help step in, he received the keys for us to be able to look at the Equinox, answered any and all questions that we had when Jeff was helping another customer. And of course, I must add, I had my daughters with me and they were dying to go for a ride on the gulf cart. And a employee (wish I could remember his name) gave my girls a ride and that was just the icing on the cake for me. Would I recommend Sapaugh to family and friends..... OF COURSE!! He came in on his day off to make sure that this deal had a very smooth finish and did not stop working with the finance company on rates for us til we walked in the door. I went in today to test drive 2 vehicles that I was interested in. Debbie let us test drive the car by ourselves without her. I am most definitely going back to purchase my car from them with-in the next few weeks. More
