After having an undesirable experieince at another St.Louis area dealership, we decided to take our business to Sapaugh. John Robinson made our purchase so easy. We really didn't know what we could afford. We only knew we needed great gas mileage and seating for at least 5. We thought we wanted an SUV, but John could didn't know what we could afford. We only knew we needed great gas mileage and seating for at least 5. We thought we wanted an SUV, but John could see that we weren't going to get the mileage we wanted and suggested some other options--options we hadn't even considered because we thought those choices were too costly. John assured us he would find the perfect car. He did! And when I got a flat tire nearly six months later because I had run over a nail, I called him to find out how to navigate the tire protection plan we had purchased at the time of the sale. He called a few days later to make sure everything had been taken care of at the service department. It had, and it hadn't cost me anything extra!
