I highly recommend this agency based upon several years of experience with it. My other car is a Lexus and that is the standard of service competence that I have come to expect. This agency more than meets my expectations in that regard. The prices are extremely reasonable. With a Fiat it is important that experienced competent people who know the car do the service. Charlie Zsiga showed me several vehicles and after choosing the one I liked, he and finance manager, Jeff Morgan worked with me to finalize the sale in a very short period of time and in a professional manner. I had actually purchased my Fiat downtown/LA and live on the westside, so servicing here has been really convenient. I had initially traveled to the Southbay Fiat for service, but found Santa Monica to be a bit more convenient for me, and a lot faster of service too. I am usually always able to schedule my appointments at the time most convenient for me, and am always in and out fairly quickly. Each of my visits have been only for oil changes so far, but Rodney has been always so consistently awesome at helping me. They courtesy call always if I am dropping off my car and everything is usually finished within the time frame they expect. They continue to go out of their way to notice anything that might be issue for the car and I love this. My Fiat is an awesome little car, and this service center makes owning a Fiat all the more fun! THANK YOU!!! More

The whole place has the atmosphere of friendly welcoming without the pushy typical car salesmen attitudes that permeate throughout the industry. Throughout our visits there while considering the 500e, there was no, and I repeat NO pressure to make the commitment. They were there to answer all of our questions and guide us through the process, but never once did we feel pressured into anything! A truly remarkable car buying experience. I wish every dealership could send their representatives here to take lessons on how to interact with potential clients. Lauren, Sam, and the rest of the staff were simply awesome, and consistently went above and beyond - if you're in the market for a Fiat, this is beyond a doubt the place to come! (And even if you're not, come by and test drive the new 500e and be blown away by what an electric car can do!) More

I have called over 4 times in the past month and left messages on various voicemails. Never, not once, even when I had an actual emergency did anyone EVER call me back. Then to schedule an appointment it took numerous calls and was still not able to get in, so I just drove there. Had to get a message to the service department about my car they already had and even dealer operator was never able to get to them, even after numerous attempts. To fix this: 1. Return calls - even if it's at the end of the day. 2. Get more people and train them on good customer service. It's Santa Monica, I don't pay to talk to a machine that never gets anything accomplisehd... better service at Downtown and Glendale... I think it may even be worth the drive. 3. Don't tell me to go to the other dealership down the street to service my car -- means you don't even have faith in yourself. 4. Too much work load then open on Saturdays and Sunday.
