Jim did a nice job but I don’t trust your service department. I brought my car for service in Feb 2022 and as soon as I pick up my car the rear view camera stopped working intermittently and there wa department. I reported it to Ken Moore who asked me to bring it back again to fix it. I bring it back and Jim tells the camera is on backorder for 2-3 months. I believe you swapped my perfectly working camera with another irate client, that’s fraud and I plan to report you to Maserati and BBB. Shame on you people, every time I bring my car in it’s all day process for me with over an hour drive each way, very disappointed in the way you treat your customers. Your manager wouldn’t even bother calling me back when I report this issue. You shouldn’t be in business. You will hear from me more! More
