Horrible service, went to Santa Monica Buick from the valley in traffic, waited 6 hours and all they did was oil change for $250. We had a list of items we asked to be checked and a recall that needed t valley in traffic, waited 6 hours and all they did was oil change for $250. We had a list of items we asked to be checked and a recall that needed to be addressed. Nothing was done! We came back to the dealer at the 6th hour, waited an additional 30 minutes for the oil change to be completed. We left a message for the general manager with our concern and did not even receive a call back. Will never be going back to Santa Monica Buick or recommending anyone to go there ever again. More

I bought my car on Dec 17, 2021 brand new a 2022 and I still can not register my vehicle or get my tag cause DMV says they submitted my car as paid in full but it isn't I'm financing 30,000 I'm paying for still can not register my vehicle or get my tag cause DMV says they submitted my car as paid in full but it isn't I'm financing 30,000 I'm paying for a car I can not drive two managers later and they fired the 2nd one too. I can't start over again with a new manager. I'm exhausted frustrated and this has ruined my life. I have lost money cause I can't drive the vehicle for work and my life is going to xxxx and this dealership has done nothing to help me in the year and 7 months I have had the vehicle. It's a nightmare that won't end. Do not deal with this company they are horrible and are now on their 3 rd manager. All idiots and scammers from start to finish. Hiring a attorney to File a law suite and complaint with State Attorney tomorrow. I'm done dealing with this. The stress is unreal.
