The lack of communication and transparency was incredibly frustrating. I brought my car in for my appt at 8:30 am on a Thursday and it was not looked at until after 2 pm on Friday. I did not feel for one moment that my "service rep" had my best interests in mind and he was incredibly condescending. I will not bring my car back to SM BMW for service. More

I called to see how long the recall fix would take because I wanted to wait. I was told 3-4 hours. By the time I got home the car was ready. They wasted my time with inaccurate information. My car also keeps reminding me to have the recall fix done. They obviously did not compete the service and there is no way for me to stop the automatic notices everytime I turn on the car without returning to the dealership.
