The service used to be stronger. When I called in to book an appointment I was told there was no record of my car having service done at this location. I’ve been here multiple times and there wasn’t much effort to figure out the problem. Then I was switched to a different advisor whose communication wasn’t great. I had to contact him for updates about the car after my car was there overnight. Then I had an offer for a break service that wasn’t honored. No expiration date on there. I was just told the service manager couldn’t honor it. Unfortunately I will be taking my car elsewhere. More

Went in for a 30,000 mile tune up and odd noise in my car…. Was charged $266 just to do the diagnostic even though I paid an arm and a leg for the “platinum” extended warranty thru BMW.
