Santa Monica BMW - Service Center

I dropped off my car on Saturday morning for a 9:45am standard oil change. At no point during the scheduling of that appointment or the drop-off was I informed that the service center would be closing at standard oil change. At no point during the scheduling of that appointment or the drop-off was I informed that the service center would be closing at 2pm and not re-opening until MONDAY morning. I was informed at 1:30pm that my car was ready and by the time I got there, I could not get my car because the service center was closed. Had I known about that possibility, I would not have patiently waited for them to text me when it was done and would have pushed to get my car before closing, as I need my car for work first thing Monday morning. This was an extremely frustrating experience to say the least. More

I was without my car for 15 days. They did not even inspect it for four days after my initial appointment. It did not feel like there was any sense of urgency to get my car inspecte They did not even inspect it for four days after my initial appointment.
