I said yes to recommending smbmw as it’s normally very good. Making the appointment was easy, not Alex. I brought my car in at correct time, even a few min early. They could not locate Alex and I was told good. Making the appointment was easy, not Alex. I brought my car in at correct time, even a few min early. They could not locate Alex and I was told I could take a seat in the lobby to wait until he was back. (Already sitting,I use a wheelchair🤓.) After a bit the other person waiting for him was helped and then someone took my car in. I get a call from Alex later to pick up my car. He apologizes for bringing gone. Okay. I tell home I will be there in ½ hour. I leave my house at the ½ hour mark and roll to BMW. I go in and ask the first guy I see if he is Alex. He tells me where I can pick up my car and I just wanted to meet him…he couldn’t care less. Mouth full of something. Go to cashier to check out and they do not have my paperwork. I magically get a phone call after the cashier paged him with the info (didn’t pick up.) honestly I have to say I normally meet so many nice employees here. What has changed? Even tried to have a conversation with the lady at the reception desk…ARG. The world is spinning backwards. Nice coffee though. More
Good experience. Good idea with the pay online. But I waited an inordinate amount of time to get my loaner car and it was a bit disorganized dropping it off. No one i Good idea with the pay online. It would be nice if you could do a little better cleaning the car. I’m also glad Manfred is no longer there. He was nasty. The new guy was great More

Unfortunate customer service. After being unable to get in touch with my customer service rep virtually for a repair to something I had just been in for less than 2 weeks prior, I After being unable to get in touch with my customer service rep virtually for a repair to something I had just been in for less than 2 weeks prior, I made an appointment online. They refused to look at my car for 5 days under my service representative was back from time off (and gave no advance warning of this). I then had to chase for multiple days to get updates on the status of my car. It was in the shop for 9 days just to replace a headlight and fix my wiper fluid system. More
