I have taken my car in for service 3 times within 6 months. My brakes were replaced on my first visit. I don’t think the customer service provided was professional. My service adviser didn’t take my co months. My brakes were replaced on my first visit. I don’t think the customer service provided was professional. My service adviser didn’t take my concern seriously when I got my car towed in due to a caliper falling off. The poor communication didn’t inspire confidence in the quality of work and left me not knowing how long I would be without a car with no loaner provided. However, I give 5 stars to the excellent service provided by the service manager at the end. More
Service was fast, but I paid attention several times before leaving my car to put missing bolts to the engine cover and put new bolts on the seat but the car was returned with my bolts sealed at the sam before leaving my car to put missing bolts to the engine cover and put new bolts on the seat but the car was returned with my bolts sealed at the same area where I left them. Air filter, spark plugs, oil change and inspection took 8 hours. No call back on eta of when the car would be ready. Once i got the notification the car was ready. I was standing outside waiting for my car f hours. No call back on eta of when the car would be ready. Once i got the notification the car was ready. I was standing outside waiting for my car for 30 minutes. They forgot to wash it. Mid experience. Would not recommend. More
Great communication, great follow up, and when there was a miscommnication about an issue with my car they made plans to go above and beyond to resolve my issue even though I was in error. Left my car for over seven days for diagnosis with no diagnosis. No call back from service manager. I was not happy that the first time I made an appointment, no one bothered to tell me I would need to leave my car for 2 days, so I went down there for nothing. So, make an appointment with a lon appointment, no one bothered to tell me I would need to leave my car for 2 days, so I went down there for nothing. So, make an appointment with a loner car. Things were good for about a week and then, the SAME problem happened....my coolant was leaking, so I had to take my car in again, having to wait another week to get my car in. Turns out the mechanic did a crappy job the first time and only looked at one hose. I was very irrigated I was still dealing with this. Then, when I finally went to pick up my car, it took over 15 minutes to get it to me. I was really tired of wasting my time. More
