I came by at the end of the day to get two issues resolved -- a tire problem and help with inputting my 6 phone numbers into the autodial system in my car. Very frustrating -- as least someone could have told me that the techs were gone for the day -- or something - - but nothing. More
It seems like they rushed through the repair and/or the mechanic doesn't know what he was doing as the service was incomplete. They forgot to connect the turbo intercooler pipes, didn't reset the oil ligh mechanic doesn't know what he was doing as the service was incomplete. They forgot to connect the turbo intercooler pipes, didn't reset the oil light, and claimed the crack memory buttons on the radio was due to scratches, thus not covered by warranty. The radio memory buttons were replaced last service for being cracked. I drove the car a total of 200 miles since then, and never used the buttons. BMW Santa Monica is probably one of the worse dealerships in California. More

The car was supposed to be ready for the drive around with a shop manager, because I continue to have problems with the transmission. The car was not ready. There were two other people there that did not with a shop manager, because I continue to have problems with the transmission. The car was not ready. There were two other people there that did not have their cars ready either. So I didn’t get the drive-through. Obviously they hadn’t throughout the whole process through because they brought the car up dirty and without gas in it when I had brought their car back with a full tank as opposed to 3/4.unbelievable, every time there is a Snafu - some small thing that’s irritating that they don’t do right .
