I waited over 45 minutes to receive my loaner car. This was with an appointment. It started my day off horribly and I was late for my doctors appt. No on seemed to car that I was waiting. Additionally it was the third time I had to bring my car in for the same problem. It’s an audio/wifi problem that still has not been repaired. The process was a little different than I was accustomed to, but once I arrived the process was simple and very efficient. First time there and the people were very nice. I was skeptical at first because of all the less than stellar reviews but I was pleasantly pleased with the service on my old BMW. They opened promptly at 8AM as stated on ,y appointment. I went to get all the recall notices (3 of them) but only had one done. The other two recall notices would be labor intensive I was told my the service manager (Cissy, I believe), so I was offered a come-back date with a loaner vehicle (Javier) being offered. I will be back on 11/26 to drop off my vehicle. The service area was very clean and organized as was the waiting area. I will definitely comeback here to purchase a pre-owned BMW in the future. I purchased four brand new tires and an alignment. When I drove away and got on the freeway, the chassis stabilization light came on. It stated to drive moderately. I paid $2500 only to still continue to have problems with my car. Also, I asked for two of my used how tires and they did not put them in my trunk as requested. I wanted to keep them. They were still practically brand new however they didn’t have the two I needed in stock so I ended up buying four New tires. They brought my car out to me on the street. They would not allow me to get it inside of the service pick up area. That way when I open my trunk to check and see if they loaded my two used tires. I realize they were not loaded as I requested. I will be calling to speak to the head manager on their next business day. I will not be returning to Santa Monica BMW!! More

Came in for an oil change and tire replacement. tire replacement was 25% more expensive than my local maintenance shop. also my infotainment was reset and all my settings were set to factory defaul tire replacement was 25% more expensive than my local maintenance shop. also my infotainment was reset and all my settings were set to factory defaults which was annoying.
