They will bend over backwards to get you into a car, after that, you are on your own. Their service department is unprofessional and doesn’t follow-through with things as simple as a phone call to tell after that, you are on your own. Nightmare, incompetent staff. Purchased a 2015 cx5 lemon. Purchase in January 2016 and still dealing with the service department. My patience is over. I want my money back now. The old Bait and switch I was offered a price in writing from "Chris" the sales rep. When I spoke to him later in the week he said that he didn't mean that price. He also told me the CX-9's get 40MPG, and have a 5000lb towing capacity (upon a basic google search I found out these were gross exaggerations) . Later I spoke to Mike a manager who told me that Chris was not authorized to offer me that price, and even though it was in writing they would not honor it. He even told me to try and contact Mazda corporate and they would tel me the same thing that the dealers set their own prices and they do not have to honor them if a sales rep makes a "mistake". Very shady business practice. How can Mazda support a dealership that allows such poor, unprofessional dealings? If this happens to anyone else I would recommend contacting the BBB to stop this illegal activity. More
Bate and switch This was the worst place I ever dealt with. Started out very nice, but would not honor the price they gave me. From the moment I walked in I was given the bate switch, first with the sales person, then with the next sales person and then the next. Note, none of them can approve a deal, only the head sales manager. Carful as so many of them titles of sales manager, but ask can you approve a deal or do they need to go to someone else.. I was quoted a price out the door that was approved but not honored when I was ready to make the deal. They would not listen to me when I said take my car off the table as a trade, just want a simple out the door cash price. Instead, when I would not take a deal that included my car, I was told "Have a nice day, goodbye". On top of that it does take 5 people to sell one car. There sister company next door was also terrible as I went there first by mistake, instead of tell me that the place I wanted was next door, they said the I was to see was busy and they ran a took the car from next door. Terrible, don't go there More
Worst Experience of My Life I have owned several Nissans and was looking for another. Since I purchased my last Sentra at Santa Maria Nissan I thought I would look there again. I I have owned several Nissans and was looking for another. Since I purchased my last Sentra at Santa Maria Nissan I thought I would look there again. I made an appointment on the internet to see a specific car. I was assured the car was still available and would be all set when I got there for a test drive. 2 hours later I arrived for my appointment. They brought the car around for me to drive. When I got in and looked at the mileage, it was double the mileage of the one online. I told the salesman this was not the car I saw online. He seemed confused then started to sell me on this car. I insisted this was not the car I wanted to look at, but was told the other car probably had sold...within 2 hours??? We went inside and I again told them I wanted to see the other car. The salesman dragged me all over the lot and couldn't find the car. They then took me inside to talk "price" and said they would again check on the other car. They started to high pressure me to make a decision going back and forth to the manager when I said I wasn't going to buy today. They finally found the original car and then the salesman told me " Oh, this one is so plain, look it doesn't have this and this etc. I was insulted by the manager and high pressured. I finally said I wanted to go outside to look at another car just to get out of there!....I just walked to my car to leave. The salesman came running after me saying, oh, come back and say goodbye to my manager...he kept this up til I got to my car. I was so upset and will never go back there or recommend this dealership!!!! More
